This week we got a assignment to make a volcano presentation. I had a partner Stefan. We chose a volcano named Hekla located in Iceland. We made a Movie in Windows Movie Maker and made a script in Google Documents. I think we did very well and had a few errors like not looking at the audince but looking at the script which means we needed more practice and when we printed the script only one half printed correctly but overall I think we did very well and I think we should get a 4 or a 5 out of 6 because we had a good presentation, pictures, music and script. I learned that there are volcano under water and that there are different types of volcanoes like: Shield, Cone and Stravolcano. The Shield is a volcano shaped like a Shied . The Cone is in a shaped of a Cone and the Stravolcano is a mixture of both. The volcanos effect people and things because of the lava or ash or the smoke.

Volcano Presentation

Hmmm, you are right about volcanoes affecting people. One thing that I would have liked to see you and Stefan include more about the effects of the volcano on the people who live around it or the science around it. This was the BIGGEST part of the report, not just about what it was like.
