The article I read this week is called Flying the Hyper Skies.
This article is about a super fast plane Hyper-X. This plane broke all the records when it flew at the speed of seven times the speed of sound, which is 5,000 miles per hour.
If passengers were flying on this plane, they could fly around the world in 5 hours.
For now, this airplane is not used for people. It is only experimental and the only flight that it had lasted only 11 seconds. NASA built three Hyper-X planes do far, but only one is left. If it is modified and made better, one day people could fly in it, and travel from continent to continent in a few hours.
I think this plane would be a great thing, because it would save so much time to travelers and make it easier to reach different countries.
